Kim Van Do is a NY based  artist/educator, focused on an observational, painterly connection to the earth, water, and sky. Education: MFA, University of Pennsylvania 1979 BFA, Purchase College 1976 NY Studio Program, Empire State College, Westbeth, NYC 1975 High School of Music and Art 1972. Teaching: 1985- Current, Fine Arts Instructor and Chair of Visual Arts,  Middle and Upper Divisions Horace Mann School, Bronx, NY. His studios, in New York City and the Catskill Mountains, are but home bases for his forays outdoors.
